Rafael Carnet, FNP-BC

Family Nurse Practitioner, Founder of Summit Telehealth

Rafael is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with extensive experience in primary, Emergency and urgent care settings. Passionate about improving access to care, he founded Summit Telehealth to bridge the gap between traditional medicine and modern convenience. His approach focuses on patient-centered communication, long-term wellness, and practical treatment plans that empower patients to take control of their health.

When he’s not seeing patients, Rafael enjoys hiking, traveling, and exploring new outdoor adventures around the Pacific Northwest.
