The $350 monthly membership at Summit Telehealth includes both care and medication. Patients receive Compounded Semaglutide or Tirzepatide sourced from our trusted Pharmacies, an initial consult with unlimited follow‑up visits, direct messaging access to their provider, a customized dosing plan with titration, guidance on managing side effects and ongoing weight/measurement tracking. Lab results from the past year are reviewed, there are no hidden fees, and the price is a flat, predictable monthly rate.

During your initial provider visit, we’ll review your health history, current medications, and weight-loss goals to determine the safest and most effective treatment plan for you — whether that includes GLP-1 injections, oral medications, or a combination approach.
